Expresionismo Lírico

Author's note
This book of poems was written between November 25 and December 23, 2019 inspired by the film Joker (2019) and as a tribute to it. The film was released in Argentina on October 3, 2019 and was directed by Todd Phillips. The screenplay was written by Todd Phillips and Scott Silver. The film is based on the characters created by Bob Kane, Bill Finger and Jerry Robinson, belonging to the DC Comics universe. None of the DC characters that inspired my poems belong to me. Joker was a great inspiration for me and I wrote these poems as a tribute and acknowledgment to the tragic beauty achieved in this exquisite film by Todd Phillips and the immense talent of Joaquin Phoenix to give us an unforgettable performance that breaks your heart and heals you in the same transcendent movement. It is my desire to simply express with this book my admiration and share it with all of you. The poems were originally written in English and then translated into Spanish.
